Volunteering

There are a number of opportunities in the organisation to volunteer. To give you an example of the kind of opportunities that may be available here are some of the regular activities we need assistance with:

  • Administrative support such as typing, filing and updating of files and information

  • Answering calls on the Helpline. Full training will be given but a commitment of at least two hours a week is needed

  • Fundraising support helping out the Development Officer research funders to approach, as well as helping to organise events.
On a less regular basis we are looking for volunteers who can come in to help collate and send out our bi-monthly bulletin. Also we organise a number of events and we occasionally need help at these.

If you are interested in finding out more, please either download an application form by clicking here (65Kb PDF) and send it to autism london, AS10 Rose Cottage, Aberdeen Centre, 22 - 24 Highbury Grove, Islington, London N5 2EA for further information.
